Further questions about license

Hi! I would like to use this wonderful model, but am concerned about the license.
While it says in a previous discussion that it is CC-Attribution 4.0, it is tagged cc-by-nc-3.0.
Which is correct?

Organika.ai org

While I believe CC-Attribution 4.0 is the correct license for the training dataset used in fine-tuning, some non-CC-licensed images were used to fine-tune the base model; thus my interpretation is that the ultimate artifact should only be used non-commercially. But I may have an excessively strict interpretation of such things... attribution is appreciated in any case and I'd love to hear about how you intend to use it!

Thanks for the reply!
I am in the business of ordering drawings from illustrators, and I wanted to use it for the purpose of checking if the delivered images were created using the generated AI.
(I don't see the effective use of generative AI as a problem, but it is a bit of a problem if the image is declared as 100% hand-drawn, but in fact it was created using AI.)

I guess I was thinking too rigidly as well. I asked because I was caught up in the difference between the license description and the content of the discussion.
