I have often seen your UltraSharp model in ComfyUI workflows in combination with the “Ultimate SD Upscale” extension.
Do I understand correctly that you are not allowed to use your UltraSharp model for commercial purposes “CC BY-NC-SA 4.0” (https://spdx.org/licenses/CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0)? In other words, every image that is scaled with your model can only be used for private purposes?

The licensing is a bit hard to understand, mostly due to licenses like this one not really being intended for this kind of thing. From my understanding (I am not a lawyer):
You are not allowed to use the model itself for commercial purposes (such as running a website using my model as the upscaler to profit). By extension, the outputs probably can't be used commercially either, as that'd be using the model to make a profit.
A good example would be... photo editing software. You cannot use it to profit in a business without owning a commercial license. Owning a commercial license would allow you to do so. In a similar fashion, I have given custom permissions to specific people who have contacted me privately regarding commercial use.
This isn't legal advice however. This is just my current understanding of the licensing. There's been some debate within the AI community about how it actually applies, no one seems to know for sure.
